Spirulina Smoothie

*Gluten + Dairy + Egg Free
INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp ground flax

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup frozen berry of your choice

handful frozen kale
-
pinch sea salt
-
2 tbsp nut or seed butter of choice

1 tbsp Spirulina
-
1 cup water (add or take away water depending on how thick you like your smoothie.)

I'll often throw my probiotic into my morning smoothie as well (out of the capsule of course 😊 )
PREPARATION
Blend all in Vitamix and serve.
