Spirulina Smoothie

*Gluten + Dairy + Egg Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp ground flax

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup frozen berry of your choice

  • handful frozen kale

  • pinch sea salt

  • 2 tbsp nut or seed butter of choice

  • 1 tbsp Spirulina

  • 1 cup water (add or take away water depending on how thick you like your smoothie.) 

  • I'll often throw my probiotic into my morning smoothie as well (out of the capsule of course 😊 )

PREPARATION

Blend all in Vitamix and serve. 

Enjoy!
