Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • One head curly kale

  • Olive oil

  • Fine sea salt

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 400

Rinse and dry kale

Tear kale from stem, discard stem

Spread kale giving each piece room on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Massage oil and salt into the kale so that each piece is lightly coated.​

Bake for about 5 mins checking continuously so the chips do not burn.
